Walk-in visits are welcome during the reply window. Bring your student ID if you want eligibility confirmed on the spot, or send the booking request form and we will map a route for you.
Route enquiry form
Booking runs through the Kyiv office by email or phone. Nothing is charged until your student status is checked and you approve the written cost breakdown.
Send the route name, your travel dates and the number of students travelling to info@zexbly.com or call +380 631 330 1039. We answer with the seats still open and the confirmed departure dates.
Send a scan of your student record and an ID page. The tour is for ages 18 to 25 enrolled at a Ukrainian university or vocational school. We reply with a written confirmation, or with the reason the booking cannot go ahead.
After confirmation you receive an invoice covering the deposit and the full per-person breakdown: hostel, intercity transport, food and entry fees. The deposit holds your seat, and the balance is due before departure.
Seven days before departure you get one email with the hostel address, the bus departure time and the meeting point. Give the group leader a call if anything in that email does not match your booking.
