Student Eligibility Policy
1. Student Status
A student is enrolled in a recognised secondary or higher education institution. Valid student ID must be shown at booking and before departure. Discounts apply only to the named traveller.
2. Age Requirements
Travellers must be 16+. Ages 16–17 require written parental consent and an adult guardian. Under 16 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian throughout the tour.
3. Parental Consent for Under-18
For any traveller under 18, we require a notarised consent letter signed by a parent/guardian, with passport details and emergency contacts. Present it at check-in.
4. Required Documentation
Valid passport (6+ months), student ID or enrolment letter, notarised parental consent (if under 18), and travel insurance covering the tour.
5. Your Rights and Redress
Under Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' dated 10 June 2023, you have pre-contract information, fair terms, and cancellation rights. Disputes: negotiation, mediation, or court.
