This notice explains the limits of the travel information published on zexbly.com.

1. Prices and availability

Prices, schedules and availability on zexbly.com are indicative and not a public offer and may change until written confirmation is issued. Extras are charged separately. Arrangements follow Law of Ukraine No. 324/95-ВР 'On Tourism' dated 15 September 1995.

2. Travel insurance

Insurance is not included unless stated. Medical, evacuation, baggage and cancellation cover is recommended; compulsory insurance is confirmed before booking.

3. Passports, visas and entry rules

You are responsible for a valid passport, visas and health documents and for meeting entry rules of every country on your route.

4. Force majeure

We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including war, strikes, epidemics and border closures. The parties may then agree a new date, credit note or refund as required by law.

5. Academic credit and non-affiliation

Academic credit and study recognition are awarded only by the relevant institution; zexbly.com grants no degrees or credits. zexbly.com is an independent travel agency; third-party brand names describe booked services only and imply no partnership or endorsement.

6. Your rights and complaints

Nothing here limits your rights under Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' dated 10 June 2023. You may apply to a court or to the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection for redress.
