2. Information before you book

We give you in writing before you confirm: the total price with compulsory taxes and fees; the itinerary and standards of accommodation and transport; the payment schedule; and complaint deadlines. Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX "On Consumer Protection" dated 10 June 2023; Law of Ukraine No. 324/95-VR "On Tourism" dated 15 September 1995.

• Included: the services in your booking confirmation.
• Not included: passports, visas, insurance, personal expenses, optional excursions.

3. Insolvency protection

The operator holds a financial guarantee covering refunds and repatriation if it becomes insolvent, under the Law of Ukraine No. 324/95-VR "On Tourism" dated 15 September 1995. Guarantor details accompany your booking documents.

4. Changes, cancellation and redress

If we significantly change a key element or cancel the package, you may take an alternative or a full refund of payments made. Cancellation charges are shown before you book. Send complaints to info@zexbly.com; we reply within the statutory time limits. You may also seek court protection under the Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX "On Consumer Protection" dated 10 June 2023.
