Terms of Service
These Terms govern tour packages sold by zexbly.com LLC, EDRPOU 87416723, 12 Shevchenko Boulevard, Office 304, Kyiv, 01032, Ukraine. Contact: info@zexbly.com, +380 631 330 1039.
1. Booking & Eligibility
Bookings confirmed after full payment. Student eligibility requires valid student ID for discounted packages. Prices include services in the itinerary. Provider complies with Law of Ukraine No. 324/95-ВР 'On Tourism' dated 15 September 1995 and Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce' dated 03 September 2015.
2. Payment & Cancellation
Payment via bank transfer or card. Fees in UAH. Cancellation: 100% refund up to 30 days before departure; 50% up to 14 days; no refund after. This reflects Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' dated 10 June 2023.
3. Itinerary Changes
We may change itinerary due to force majeure, safety, or weather. We will offer alternatives or partial refund. Advertising is truthful under Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-ВР 'On Advertising' dated 03 July 1996.
4. Liability & Data
We are not liable for personal injury, loss, or delay beyond our control. You must have valid travel insurance. We process personal data under Law of Ukraine No. 3993-IX 'On Personal Data Protection' dated 01 October 2024. Cookies and electronic communications follow Law of Ukraine No. 1089-IX 'On Electronic Communications' dated 16 December 2020.
5. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by Ukrainian law. For complaints, contact us. You may seek mediation or court protection under Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' dated 10 June 2023.
