Prices are per student and cover the hostel bed and the intercity coach. Group max 12. Eligibility: 18–25, enrolled in a Ukrainian university or vocational school.

Every headline price, opened line by line

Four line items per trip: hostel beds, intercity transport, food and entry fees. The total equals the price published in the fixed departures table. Nothing else is added later.

A €90 deposit holds a seat; the balance is due 21 days before departure and is refundable up to 14 days out. All three trips are student-only: check the student eligibility rules before you reserve a place.

Student eligibility

Seats on every fixed departure are reserved for students aged 18 to 25 who are enrolled at a Ukrainian university or vocational school. We check this once, at booking, and the group never grows past 12 students.

Age
You must be 18 to 25 on the departure date. Guests travelling alongside a student do not qualify for the student rate.
Enrolment
An active record at a Ukrainian university, institute, college or vocational school. Full-time, part-time and evening students all qualify.
Document
Student ID (studentatskyi kvytok) or an enrolment certificate signed by your institution. A screenshot of a gradebook is not accepted.
Verification
Send a scan or clear photo at booking. Checks take one working day, and the original document travels with you.
  1. Send your document with the deposit, or within 48 hours of paying it.
  2. We confirm the name matches your travel document and email the departure voucher.
  3. Show the original ID at the meeting point in Kyiv before boarding.

A deposit confirms your name on a fixed departure. The balance is due 14 days before the start date, and every tour is capped at 12 students. Seats are released in the order deposits arrive.
